BERFINI operates this store and website to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"), powered by Shopify.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until BERFINI confirms acceptance and processes your payment. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases are intended for personal or household use only.

All prices displayed include applicable VAT in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 6 — EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right is subject to the exceptions set out in our Return & Refund Policy (e.g. sealed hygiene products that have been opened). BERFINI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. All sales and purchases are made directly with BERFINI. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and BERFINI. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases with BERFINI.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
